My coworkers and myself have ordered here quite a few times. The first couple of times everything was great. Last time they left out items I paid extra for and completely left out chicken from a chicken bowl, we called and they sent over new meals for free which was great, so we decided to order again today. Unfortunately todayās experience was so bad that I probably wonāt order from here again. I tried to place two back to back orders with different payment methods but the website wouldnāt allow me to. I tried to call and the girl who answered just kept saying, oh you want to change the address & I kept explaining my issue but got nowhere, she transferred me to another person and his only option was to cancel the order, so I said fine. When I went to reorder the original order tracking said it was on its way, so Iām glad I checked that before I tried to reorder. So the order was never canceled. When our second order arrived, we were missing salad dressing, add on items we paid extra for were missing & they were out of one of the items and just replaced it with something else without contacting us. The item that it was replaced by was moldy & couldnāt be eaten. Very disappointing. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the food is very good, but unfortunately the bad customer service has lost...

Whether it's more nuts, more chicken or "sauce on the side". Today they forgot a smoothie that I ordered. When I called, someone name Mike tells me "oh well, there's nothing I can do, these things happen." Never once did he apologize, to make matters worse he handled it very immaturely.
Since my order is through Uber Eats the store cannot refund me and I have to process this through Uber Eats. I asked if they have a manager, Mike tells me Anthony is the manager, and he has left. Mike said "I don't know when my manager will be back, maybe later".
Mike is the perfect example of the type of person not to hire to represent your restaurant / answer phone calls. Anger towards order mistake IS NOT an insult to him directly as a person, but as the store representative, he should apologize on behave of the store. Mistakes happen but for a store rep to say "oh well" is unacceptable. Two thumbs...

Why am I walking in at 7:12 pm and the first thing the guy up front says to me is , āwe are closedā? The sign says 8pm. Why are they looking to close up shop a whole hour earlier? Just update the signage and say you close at 7pm then. This isnāt the first time either. I walked in on a saturday night at 7:45pm the other weekend and again, they let me know they were closed. That time though they already had the door locked and were all just chilling and waiting til Iām assuming the clock turned 8pm. Thereās no way ownership knows about this.
