Horrible costumer service. The person on the phone always having a bad day. How someone call tell they will not deliver your food if you don’t give certain amount of tip.I stop ordering form them.She thinks they are the only one who offers lunch specials. I ordering lunch from them because I’m working in the area at lunch time. The bell garden also has lunch specials and their food excellent. I’m tired to look at the delivery guy mean face too without even say back hi or thank you to me. Good thing we can order these days from so many places. I can’t complain about the food it was good that’s why I give them many chances,but nobody needs to be treated for their money like this. I heard before it was different staff was very nice and kind. Hope one day they will change...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've tried ordering from here three times, and every time I've been treated with rudeness and disrespect—specifically as a Black customer. The first time, I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a bad day. The second time, I thought maybe it was me. But the third time confirmed the pattern. I called to place an order and was told it would be $1 extra just to add ketchup. When I asked why, the employee hung up on me.

What's worse is that I've noticed the staff is polite, attentive, and professional to other customers—but not to me or other Black patrons. No eye contact, no basic courtesy. This kind of selective professionalism is unacceptable and...

I got Chicken Broccoli Garlic sauce with Fried rice and Vegetable roll. Their Fried rice is great! however, the Chicken Broccoli Garlic sauce was disappointing. it was bland and sweet.. which killed my vibe. The Vegetable roll was great. The rice and roll had me going.
