Jimbo's Hamburger Palace — Restaurant in New York

IF YOUR GOING TO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS JIMBOS YOU HAVE TO BE VERY SPECIFIC IN HOW YOU ORDER....TO MY KNOWLEDGE A CHEESEBURGER DELUXE COMES WITH A CHEESEBURGER FRIES LETTUCE TOMATO ONIONS PICKLES. AND COLESLAW ..THIS JIMBOS WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE ONIONS PICKLES AND COLESLAW IF YOU DO NOT ASK FOR IT AND IF YOU DO ASK FOR IT THEY WILL GIVE YOU VERY LITTLE...SAME THING WITH BREAKFAST TO MY KNOWLEDGE EGGS WITH HOMESFRIES SHOULD COME WITH GREEN PEPPER AND ONIONS IN THE HOMEFIRES BUT THEY WILL NOT PUT GREEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS IN THE HOMEFRIES UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT....ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE HOME FRIES IS THAT IF YOU ORDER TAKE OUT THEY SEND YOU HOMEFRIES THAT LOOK LIKE SOMEONE ELSES LEFTOVERS TINY LITTLE PEICES OF POTATOES THAT LOOK BURNED....JIMBOS USE TO BE A GOOD RESTAURANT BUT NOT ANY MORE....ITS SAD THEY HAVE LOWERED THIER STANDARDS IN THE QUALITY OF FOOD THEY SEND YOU.....WELL JIMBOS PEOPLE THAT KNOW BETTER ARE GOING TO STOP ORDERING FOOD FROM YOU AT THIS JIMBOS LOCATION AND THE MOMENT ANOTHER RESTAURANT OPENS IN THE AREA THAT SELLS BETTER QUALITY FOOD YOUR RESTAURANT IS GOING DOWN THE TUBES AND THERE WILL NOBODY TO BLAME BUT YOURSELVES....ITS JUST A...

Made an order, normally they delivery quickly. A lot of time went by and nothing so I called the restaurant to be told I was called three times and the delivery man left. I said I didn’t get any calls but ok. I proceeded to contact the delivery services I ordered from to make them aware I didn’t not receive my order and it was taken back to the store so I was issued a refund. Few minutes later while I’m in the process of making my own breakfast at home then, I receive a call and they sent the delivery man. Why was this not communicated in our call? Anyway I retrieved the order and contacted the delivery service to tell them I got the order and no need to process refund. Shortly after I get a call from the delivery man threatening me about being issued a refund and that I should “watch out” and he’s not doing any delivery anymore. Excuse me?! What type of behavior is that? And what do you mean by watch out? These people lack professionalism and communication skills. Please find employees who embody both. This was reported and I hope he gets...

I'm sorry but the Jimbos on White Plains Road has to be the worst I've ever visited. First ,they were rude My date and I sat down at a table to make it noticeable we were staying to eat yet the server bypass us several times. My friend and I had to stand to get recognition because they were taking orders of people standing and we had already been sitting for at least 20 minutes .I ordered a simple meal of home fries French toast and turkey sausage yesterday and it was just disappointing that something so simple could taste so awful. This sausage taste like rubber and the home fries were soggy(I had to tell the server "sorry ,but I cannot eat this. I Don't want it.") yet I was still charged for the "Home fries that looked as if they were boiled and that thrown onto the fryer with no seasoning. Smh i've been to many Jimbos but this had to be the most disappointing visit ever. I don't think I'll be up for visiting the location on White Plains...
