La Dolce Pastry Shoppe II — Restaurant in New York

For some reason, no one can take an order properly. Ordered cupcakes with a specific look (first photo). They were great. Then the next two orders that were placed to have the icing look like the initial order we get the next two pictures. NOT what was ordered. No one in these two storefronts (Amboy or Rossville) can take an order properly. When we note we want a specific storefront, the orders are at the other storefront. This has been twice. These two places need to teach these kids how to take appropriate and precise orders or once an order is received that who ever is decorating to speak with the customer. AND La Dolce should be communicating to the customer on where to pick them up and not having the customer chase them down. What a disgraceful set up and very disappointing. Oh and the colorful one in the middle was for an 80th Jubilee that the Sister who it was for never saw it because of where it's located. (On the board when it was supposed to be on the cupcakes.)
