Citi Bagels — Restaurant in New York

Not sure who is keeping this place in business. I ordered once to try and I ordered a toasted lox supreme on a bagel. The bagel was cold and it was missing half the ingredients. I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same thing, but this time I called to be sure they have all the ingredients - they did not!! I think these people are taking advantage of the name of this chain and it's reputation. If you go through the reviews you will see similar issues but for some reason people are being too kind and not giving a real star grade. I wanted to make this my staple when needing deli sandwiches, via delivery app, however; two months ago, I’d ordered food from Citi Bagels and when it was delivered, It had a rotten smell, which she told me of course the cold cuts were rotten.

In Staten Island I only saw the Citi Bagel where the Morning and Evening both shift staff are very friendly and wearing the masks Durning making the food so I feel very comfortable to have have my food from Citi Bagels and I am not agree to the remarks of some one who says that staff do not wearing the mask when they serve the food please keep visiting the Citi Bagel to promote that kind of good...
