I wanted to make some changes to my pickup order, I called the store four times without getting a response. When I arrived at the store, there were only three employees, and no one came up to take my order until five minutes had passed. My partner, who wanted to order more items, was standing for five minutes while a couple was behind him. The counter employee skipped my partner and attended to the other customer. When in to order waited 10 mins before someone came to the counter. It was like 3 people behind me also waiting. Made the order it came out to $38.00 bucks was told they don’t have change for a $50.. the person taking the order didn’t get his name he was very rude. Was told not giving you the order what is that about? Stay away from this new location they are rude not a way to start out especially if they are new to the neighborhood. Never ever will I go into that location again and I will be making sure my family and friends stay...

Food always takes so long to come out, usually because there's only one person working, even during a lunch rush on a weekday. Thats more on the owner that the employee. What IS on the employee is how they dont greet you when you enter. It's fine to be busy, but it costs nothing to say "one moment, please."
