KFC — Restaurant in New York

This location should be ashamed of itself. I am speaking specifically about the kfc, and not the Pizza Hut, as I’ve seen no change in quality since even before they had a Kfc conjoined next to them. I would come here about 15 years ago and get the kfc; the chicken was delightful. However, it is no wonder why Popeyes is putting them out of business and I think this location has stopped trying. You see, I am in love with Popeyes chicken sandwiches, and one day while I was in the neighborhood at night, I decided to just walk to kfc, and try their chicken sandwich. I saw the sand which on the menu, and saw it was priced the same as Popeyes. I ordered two of them figuring they couldn’t be that bad. Well..... you ruined my night. I waited forever, and upon getting home I opened the sand which to find a mayo soaked, crooked bun, with chicken sticking out of one side. To be worse, the chicken was roughly the size and shape of my middle and index finger put together. The second one was worse, “Mayo” if you can call it that, was sloppily mixed with ketchup so lazy that you could actual see a swirl. I went to this kfc this evening and was going to buy about 45-50.00 worth of food like I normally do for my family. But when they were forcing me to put a soda with the popcorn chicken meal that i ordered for my 6 yr old son and they wouldn't let me substitute it with a caprisun juice or let me buy a caprisun juice separately for my 6yr old son. They want me to force my son to drink soda when juice is healthier for him. And hes never drank soda before. Only juice, milk and water i allow him to drink. I aint about to start having him drink soda now. They told me there not aloud to sell it separately. Any other kfc does it. Steinway st or anywhere else. kfc lost me as a customer for life. How dare they force parents to make there kids drink soda. Smh. District manager and coprate office needs to look into this location. Shame on them for being the way they are. If I can give them a zero I would. Took way too long to get my delivery. Over priced if you ask me. Also chicken was cold and dry by the time I got it. They forgot a part of my order on top of everything. Also idk if they forgot or they don't care to, but they didn't put any napkins, ketchup, utensils. So overall I was disappointed for sure.
