Excellent Juice/Smoothie Bar as well as vegan food shop (Vegan should be emphasized in the google overview). I thoroughly enjoyed the service here. The interior is very well decorated with art work and arcade games, and the music playing is perfectly suited to fit the atmosphere.

The guy making the smoothie always gives a small sample of what he has made to see if you like it, and if not adjusts it to your needs. This really makes you feel as though they are working to make sure you are satisfied, though admittedly it makes wait times a bit longer than other places (don't come if you are in a rush). He also forgot about one of our smoothies and had to make it after a few other customers, but this was no big deal as we were waiting on food. The lady manning the operation asks if you want any modifications to each item before placing your order, so I will assume the focus is on customizability.

In the same vein, one of the cooks personally peeked out to ask us if we wanted specific things on our sandwich. Finally, the lady at the register was extremely patient and accommodating with us to choose a different side since they were out of most things (we went close to closing).

Smoothies: LL Smooth J (10/10) - perfect consistency and strawberry taste as advertised. Crunch (10/10) - again a perfect smoothie, exactly what I was looking for to hit my peanut butter craving. Philly Cheese Steak (9/10) - a great sandwich, packed with flavor. I do wish they had some hot sauce or something for it, though that may be on me for leaving before asking for it. Chips + Guac (8/10) - this is some of the best guac I've ever had. It has it's own unique consistency, but what really makes it stand out is the flavor and spice. I honestly enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly. The smoothies and juices are amazing, but I’m a little bothered by my purchase today. I ordered a large smoothie, and was charged $16.00???? $16.07 to be exact. I don’t even know why I actually paid for it upon initially seeing the total, but I really was craving a smoothie so I just proceeded to pay. After I purchased it, I then asked like hmm, wait why is the total $16? The large smoothies listed on the menu is always $10, then of course plus tax. I was informed that there was a “price change.” When I asked for a breakdown of the new price, the young lady was not fully sure, and stated she would ask her managers. I asked if there is anyone back there now that I could ask about it, and she stated no there is not. I continued to try and follow up to get some sort of breakdown for what exactly I was being charged for, as I believe that is pretty pricey for 1 large smoothie. The employee then stated that the price for the large smoothie is now $14 plus tax. So the large went from $10 to $14? Interesting….and since when? I was here a couple of weeks ago? Something seems off.

As a business, if you plan on changing your prices, than the prices literally need to reflect what’s on the menu, or there should be a clear sign indicating that the prices have increased to whatever said amount. The employees also should inform the customer of that before the purchase especially if it is not posted anywhere. As I said I typically enjoy the smoothies/juices, the employees, and the overall atmosphere, but I left here today feeling unsure if I would like to ever return. I would appreciate if a manager/the owner would explain to me why the large smoothie is now apparently $14+ a $2 tax fee? And why is this not reflected...

In sept. 2023 stopped in before my flight to get a vegie smoothie.When i receive the smoothie i saw that it had ice which i did not tell her to put any ice because of the acidic ph of the ice. She was very upset and rude t this point,and said i never request no ice ;i ask her tif she would make me one without ice she neither say yes or no only that i have to still pay to which i replied sure as long as you make me one without ice, because i dont want the one she made ,she grabbed the drink and resentfully dropped it on the back work counter, (saying she is not remaking it )at this same time a fat girl came out from the appears to be the kitching asking her what was the problem after; she heard a twisted explanation of her co-worker's story she said she would remake it after she finished cleaning up,so i thought this would take five ten minutes tops.I waited almost an hour and if i did not yeal that i had to catch a plane nothing would be done she did everything to take her sweet time even chatting on her cell phone thats the point when i had to say something .Here is my question why dose a customer have to wait untill this person finish her one hour cleaning to get service,had they not collectd my money i would have left.I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!!!
