They served us TILAPIA instead of FLOUNDER when the dinner special specifically stated FLOUNDER. Tilapia is not at all Wild Caught and is not a good fish to consume (according to health experts)

Burgers usually very good...however, once was flat top grilled rather than usual CHAR BROILED method. asked waitress why and she said "cook Charbroiled it. It WAS NOT. The taste difference is so obvious between grilling on coals vs. a flat top metal grill. Not even close.

Service is always very good. Owner is a very nice man (Mike) Atmosphere Is CLEAN and friendly.

Their prices are more in line with MANHATTAN not Whitestone and actually more expensive than diners i frequent in Manhattan.

We are looking for a diner in bayside/Whitestone area to have breakfast and so glad to find this place. They have everything that we are looking for and price is soooo reasonable imo. Excellent service . If you have leftovers, they wrap it for you. Coffee is strong just the way we like it. Crispy bacon , tasty hash and fluffy moist pancakes. Diner is clean and they have a coffee angel who walks around to refill your coffee. You don't have to chase your server to get coffee. Big plus is parking. They are located in a shopping center so unlike other restaurants in the area , you have don't have to...

I was with a party of 15 people who sat down to eat just before 2pm on a Sunday. As we were eating the waiter told us there was no more coffee because they were closing soon and the brewers were being cleaned. This was just after 230p and they close at 3p. I told the waiter we needed more coffee and he reluctantly made more. After we were finished eating the staff didn't remove any empty dishes from the table because they were too busy counting their money in the back. The owners are sitting at the register clueless.
