Los Tres Potrillos — Restaurant in New York

Food was ok, however the customer service was like dealing with contentious unhappy people. We was in the area and decided to dine in. Looks are deceiving. The lady servers seem nice in the beginning but then their “mask” came off and there was deceitful, disrespectful and dishonest individuals. If you’re not please with the food quality and of they get your order wrong, a good server would make things right, but instead we were ignored for some time. We finally got some help, and the lady server said we can do the dish over. We said bc of the poor service of us being ignored, we’ll just cancel that one order, return it back to the them and get our money back and every other food we’ll keep. Later we find out they pretend to remove the the canceled dish from the hand written receipt but realized they charge the fee elsewhere! Thieves! My husband pointed it out to me. We couldn’t believe it. We had to call them and then our CC company to complain they charged us for food we didn’t eat. Not even tasted. Long story, short we won’t ever go back there. They have their sneaky way of taxing the charges manually and changing customer fees how they see fit - pay attention to your receipt. Better yet, simply avoid this place so you don’t have to have such a bad experience. They are plenty of Mexican restaurants with much better customer service then this...

Don't waste your time and money going to this horrible restaurant, food ,service and management are terrible pastor tacos are flavorless and very grease, we also order a cowboy steak but they served us a piece of rubbery meat that tasted very bad not even my dog will chew on, salsas also flavorless, i was attracted by the pastor tacos meat spinning outside by main entrance of the restaurant we decided to go inside and try the food with my family we made a very bad decision, i know the mexican cusine very well since i been working in this industry for many years and always like to try different restaurants and we never complaint, but honestly food wasn" edible i don't know who give this people the idea of opening a mexican restaurant they really have no clue how to cook mexican food, this is one of the worst restaurants i ever try, we left the place very hungry also the management is terrible , we asked for the check and complained about the situation since they wanted to charge us for everything we didn't eat and the manager came over to the table and he agreed that the meat wasn" edible but instead of apologize he started to argue with us almost forcing us to pay the full bill and asked us not to come back anymore but don't worry you will never see us again in this place, please save your time and money go eat...

I ordered tacos through MenuStar, and the experience was beyond frustrating. After waiting for an hour, I called to check on my order. I was told the delivery driver was on the way. Another hour passed, so I called again, only to be told that they didn’t even have my order. Despite explaining how long I had been waiting and trying to provide proof of payment, the person on the phone dismissed me and hung up. When I called back, a different staff member answered but was equally unhelpful. They claimed they don’t even use MenuStar, which made no sense since I’ve ordered from them before. I offered to send a picture of my receipt, but they said that wasn’t possible. After repeatedly providing my order details and phone number, they finally found my order—but only then did they start preparing it.The whole ordeal was infuriating, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I will never order from them again or step foot in their restaurant....
