Mansoura Pastries is easily an hour from my house, without traffic. Yet, it is worth every minute, every toll and every parking ticket. People think that Manhattan is where all the good food may be - and the only place that can justify "Manhattan prices." I would easily pay double for any of the chocolates or pastries this bakery sells. It is the real deal, made with quality ingredients. And, I believe, still handmade!! The server that helped me was the most polite & patient person as they answered all of my questions. They gave lovely recommendations. The baklava was flaky and filled with lots of flavor, just a scrumptious bite.
I bought a box of chocolates that I look forward to trying! I will say I agree with what of the reviews have said, itâs a bit pricey but definitely worth it. All I needed was a cup of coffee or tea pair with my treats.

The pastries were ordered Thursday, delivered on Friday and by Sunday the Baklava was finished!! Our friends really enjoyed them, and the ease with which we were able to order them online was perfect.
Now if they could do them Gluten Free, we would have them shipped to Jamaica...
