First, the food was very greasy and oily. Secondly, we had a drink that was very sweet and didn’t taste natural , even though we asked the guy if it was natural, and he said “yes”. We then requested a free exchange for another drink because it wasn’t appealing to us after taking a sip. He told us “no” and said that we would have to pay again. So, I asked for a refund instead, since we weren’t satisfied with the Cereza(Cherry) drink and that it was still full, and was very very sweet and he denied us the refund aswell, then just ignored us and gossiped with a customer about the situation in front of me. Food was pretty good. They make it fresh to order. Not bad. I was surprise at first but then tasting the food. Great. I usually stick to cuchifritos but this place is similar but a small establishment. Real small, best to take out. Either or the fried foods were not great and over seasoned. Example:. The pasteles, nice and they do a lot of different pasteles. Meat, chicken, beef, shrimp, lobster, crab, etc. And they mix them too. The sandwiches are good as well.
