Food: no complaints, the best Service: I stood there for about 10 minutes and tried to call every employee passing by to give me my ready order (it was already lying packed on the shelf). But all the employees literally dodged and avoided me as soon as they saw that I was calling them, even the head manager! They tried to do any job, just not to approach me, even sorting out empty boxes. Read moreThis McDonald’s has the worst customer service ever. I was @ the drive-thru today at 4pm and the young girl at the drive thru window had the nastiest attitude. I ordered $40 worth of food she handed me 2 out of 3 drinks ordered and fries then asked me to move my vehicle forward and wait at the last window although she never told me why I knew it was because of the size of my order that it would take a min however it took a real long time and when I walked to her window to inquire she had the worst attitude and when they finally did bring my food they forgot the last drink I told the person who brought the food that a drink is missing she said ok she’ll bring it to me however 8 minutes more goes by so once again I walked back to window and the girl at the window had my drink just sitting there in front of her and when I ask for it she yelled “Here Here take it!”. Read moreI visited this location this morning to placed a $16 breakfast order. I asked for a small cup of water to take medication and the cashier was unaware if she could provide one and had to ask the team lead for permission. The team lead told me that the don't give water and I would have to pay for a small iced tea or soft drink to get water, or that they can give me the code to the bathroom. In my 60 years I have never experienced this type of treatment at a McDondalds resturant. I have don't write ratings but I am writing this one. I have patronize this story since it opened but I will drive the extra distance to Burger King down the road and never patronize the store again. They actually had the gall to offer me the bathroom sink to take my medication. I will be complaining about this location to McDonald's corporate...
