This bread... is incredible... growing up in Brooklyn I always thought I was eating the best Italian bread, the bread in dyker and bay ridge can't hold a candle to this place.
Old school, just bread, the first time I brought the semolina to Christmas everyone was raving and requesting more. The prosciutto bread and the Asiago loaf, just wow... made me realize I had been eating dry, over-priced garbage all my life, truly a revelation... still need to try the olive loaf! family has requested bread from this bakery for every gathering...
