SIMPLE ORDER , SYSTEMATIC DIFFICULTIES,STEEP COST Pro: Efficient customization, polite phone staff Cons: Menu lacks ingredient details, many dishes don't hit taste factors, delivery assistance nil. Will not modify ( add/subtract) placed orders . Portions-Double the average cost ($15) to receive a small, barely filled container on Broccoli Garlic Sauce Dishes: Broccoli Garlic Sauce - customized to tender , sauce delicious. Veg. Fried Rice- Mild, decent but lack luster. Menu did not specify egg is included. Fried Chicken Wings - small, not crispy coated, limited flavor, ready to become buffalo style. Homemade Ice Tea- Tasty. Missing Asian Lemon Juice Taste. Heavy on the Sweetened Powder ( Made Dark) Fried Vegetable Roll- These are spring Roll not veggie rolls ( egg rolls with no pork). Menu should states spring rolls. And they were not good. Tasted like a pre-mad frozen,product . Yuck. Sushi Vegetable Rolls- Disgusting. Right ingredients. Not freshly rolled. Ingredients were stale as though heavy refrigeration.

As I first time customer I placed my order on UBEREats. I practiced due diligence and called the restaurant to ensure they could customize my preferred spice level, as I desired to share . The gentleman was polite, courteous and confirmed that would be fine . Immediately upon submitting my order I noticed I forgot to add an item, I quickly called the restaurant who told me I would have to place a new order. UBEREats also has no customer service as in the past, to remedy your issue. I've never spoke to a merchant in advance of delivery who couldn't modify the order, seems more like they don't desire to. But ok I took accountability and place a separate order with new fees & tip. The restaurant explained they couldn't release that order to the same driver. DONT GO HERE!!!! If I could give this place no star, I would. The food is descent but the service and staff is horrendous. They are so incredibly rude, sometimes I cant even believe what comes out of their mouths. For instance, we were paying for a large order to go, the lady took my husband's card and charged him then "forgot" she did and said he did not pay her and would not give us our food. Even one of the customers sitting down and eating couldn't believe how rude the staff was being and went as far to defend us and tell us she will never come back just because of how we were treated. My husband and I have dealt with their rude remarks and unprofessionalism for years but this is the last straw. We just placed an order to go over the phone and my husband asked them to please not forget the small chips that are COMPLEMENTARY with every $10 order, the lady rudely said "are you going to tip my driver?" I just cant believe what comes out of this lady's mouth! We ALWAYS tip everyone but why would she even ask such a rude question? Especially since the chips are COMPLEMENTARY with every $10 order! How can an owner or staff member treat their customers this way? Not surprisingly, they didnt send us our chips and we still tipped them of course. We called them back to tell them that they forgot and they rudely MADE FUN of us, would not even listen to us and even spoke over my husband telling him "its just noodles, get over it." They dont appreciate their customers not one bit and for this reason WE WILL NEVER BUY FOOD HERE AGAIN!!! Do not waste your money in this restaurant. The food was tasteless and felt old. I ordered shrimp teriyaki, house rice and chicken wings for delivery. Seven minutes after the delivery man told me that he was outside the door with the food. I told him, I don't think that is my food because I had just ordered a few minutes ago. I called the restaurant and I explained them that I hope that wasn't microwaved food. I couldn't figure out in my head how my meal was ready and done by the door in house in less than 7 minutes. I opened the food, I tasted and I was right. The food was tasteless , not as hot as it should be. It was warm getting cold. I was so upset. I called back to the restaurant to tell them about the food I just ordered and the lady responded to me with all kinds of excuses. I am writing this because that was my experience and if you want my advice, don't waste your money here. Find another place. The food was not worth the money I paid for that order. I was so disappointed because my family needed to eat. There are way better restaurants out there than this one. I hope my experience helps you decide whether order or not...
