Mums Kitchens treats are SO good! I don't even know where to start so I'll start at the beginning. My first encounter was at the Queens Museum food festival about a year ago. I had the Cod Balls and they were delicious! I wanted to try more but there were so many other vendors I though I'd try other things, that was my mistake. I recently purchased a few sweets to share with family. I ordered the Banana Nut Loafs, the Zucchini Loaf, and the Nutty Brownie (wow!). Mums threw in a few of the Oatmeal Cookies to try, my sister in law ate them while she was putting out the rest of the treats. I managed a bite of one Oatmeal Cookie and it was delicious - Oatmeal Cookies are my favorite and in my opinion should be the only cookie (sorry chocolate chip)! The Banana Nut and Zucchini loaves were moist and not too sweet which I love. I love making my own Banana Nut but if Mums delivers I don't think I'll ever make one again. I have never had a Zucchini Loaf and wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been a great treat with my morning coffee. Ok last one is the Nutty Brownie. It's quite large so I split it into 3 pieces so I could indulge for a few days. It is indescribable! It took all of my will power not to eat the last piece with lunch.
