I believe customers service starts with the customer. I decided to call ahead as my husband was heading home from Work and I call this number like 10 times until it rang out. A lady answer the phone and said whatever you offering we don’t want it don’t call back here and hang up. I called back 3 more times because I was shocked. Then I said to my husband just stopped in and ask for the owner. Then I called back after a third attempt I asked my son to call from his phone no response. H laughed and said what do you expect from a Jamaican restaurant stop supporting them. I called back again and someone answered I said is this the conduit Restaurant they say yes and then hang up. I understand prices have gone up, but if you're going to charge close to $30 for a plate with no sides, the portion should at least match the cost. I’d love to keep supporting a local spot I usually enjoy, but consistency and fairness matter especially when you're a regular.
Hopefully this...
