the only thing on the menu i can consider good is the pig intestine skewer. everything else was either dry or just ok. if you’re looking for lamb skewers, you’re better off going to a skewer cart bc i’ll admit it’s way better there. service was terrible. i should’ve known bc when we entered, the worker was just sitting there and we were waiting bc we expected to be seated by a waiter. after seeing our confusion, he told us to sit in a rude tone. we sat there for a solid few mins waiting for a waiter to come with menus but we later learned that we had to scan a qr code to order which no one told us. the waiter (idk if u can even call him that bc he def did everything else but wait) ignored us and made a face when we told him the food was over salted (u could literally see the chunks of salt on it). after he proceeded to ignore us a couple of times, we got another worker’s attention. this worker took our skewers and returned with the same skewers. we don’t know what they did with them, but we’re guessing that they washed the salt off and regrilled it. the 2 skewers were $4 and they wouldn’t even replace the overly salty ones with new ones, which speaks volumes to how stingy the place is. never coming back again. never been to such an unprofessional place. you’re better off going to the other skewer place a...

Food is absolutely disgusting there. Taste dry and plain doesn’t have any grill flavor. Service is non-existence. You order yourself on your phone and all they do is bring the food to you and they expect minimum 20% tips. I asked the service boy to bring me a bowl of rice and all he said to me is “scan that code.” The same young service guy immediately turned into a gang member face and interrogated me “you know this ain’t enough right?” when he saw me tipped him less than expected. Since when did tipping become begging? I’ll tip 20% if you take my order, bring me food, ask me how’s everything with a nice face and bring me what I need, refill my water. You don’t just get 20% because I’m there okay? Is the boss hiring legal workers or exploiting the employees so they all overworked and underpaid? Also cash only and based on that dude’s arrogance I’ll let my friend in the IRS know to make sure check them out in this tax season. Thanks for this horrible experience. I personally love this place, it’s my go-to Chinese skewer spot. I love all the skewers I’ve tried, as they have great vegetarian options. The chiba tofu and gluten are my favorites. The seasoning they use is so tasty. Not too spicy and not too mild. I only get takeout, so I’d recommend takeout more than dining in. When I dined in it was hot inside, but I still don’t really mind that because most skewer spots like this are hot inside. I recommend this place to my friends for sure!
