WAAAAYYYYY overpriced. This is not a rich neighborhood. Missed their target audience. Bagels are $4 each thath barely fit in the palm of your hand. No value for the quality very pretentious bakery. Shop locally and support your local bakery/shop. These are foreign investors with no clue on the demographics in this community. I've lived here 20 years and never seen such nonsense. Lame dunkin even provides more value for the price :Edit thank you for your copy paste generic response. Even if I contacted you, prices are handed down by corporate. A 15% discount on my next purchase won't save you from closing in this strip mall that changes store more often than a hypochondriac changes their underwear.

Lemon croissant is to. Die. For. šŸ˜‹ Light creamy filling, delicate croissant layers, lemony taste. Somehow only 340 cal?! Their sourdough bread loaves also have that real sourdough taste and are freshly baked every day. Vegan chocolate chip muffin šŸ‘Œ For croissant pastries, recommend getting here in the morning for optimal freshness; the lemon croissant still tasted really good at 11:30, so no need to get here by the crack of dawn :) So excited there is a place to get Paris Baguette on the island, have been jonesing for milk bread loaves but didn't want to venture deep into Manhattan. I can see this becoming my new breakfast place 😊 P.S. The iced coffee is stellar, and employees are really nice šŸ™‚

I recently started trying new spots on Staten Island. Paris Baguette is so delicious and phenomenal to the point that I like it better then Starbucks. I love the fact that it’s fresh pastry’s, after I eat the pastry’s my stomach don’t hurt. I also don’t get sharp pains or cramps. I ordered a couple of items. I will continue to try other things I haven’t tried yet. The staff are friendly and do a good job. The place is clean which is impressive to me because I’am a germaphobic lol. I like the fact that is not expensive either. I’am a happy loyal customer šŸ¤—

I’ve been to this location numerous times and i’ve never had anything bad to say about the drinks or wonderful pastries. I came in with my sister because she hadn’t been and I had a really unpleasant encounter with the cashier. First I ordered an iced strawberry matcha with cold foam. I turned to my sister to ask if she wanted cold foam, she said yes and I ordered it. Then I ordered one of their fall items, an ā€˜ iced cookie butter machiatto’ and he said ā€œwhat? ā€œ and I repeated myself again and he still didn’t know what I was talking about so I said ā€œ one of your new fall itemsā€. Then he said ā€œ yea, oat milk is fine?ā€ I said umm.. yeah. Then my sister asked if hers could come with oat milk too and it was already on the screen so he had chosen the milk for her. The iced strawberry matcha comes out, no cold foam. Then im waiting for my drink and it was made hot. I apologize and say I ordered it iced and he turns over to the tablet to double check… But I had repeated myself THREE times. Then I say ā€œ oh and this is supposed to have cold foamā€. And he said ā€œ I never heard you say that at all ..ā€ and he walks to the register to charge me. And I just asked for my sisters drink back at that point because I paid thinking he charged me for the cold foam and my iced drink.. A kind gentleman working as a barista corrected my drink. By the way the cashier had an airpod in his ear, which is probably why he ā€œ didn’t hear me say...

The bakery items here look and taste delicious and the store looks immaculate. Unfortunately, during my visit Monday night 6/23, we arrived around 9:04PM and was told by the cashier they weren’t making Matcha Lattes or Frappes anymore without given a reason.

Disappointed, we ordered something else off the menu and watched as his coworker employee hands the previous customer a matcha latte.

Working in food service and managing a franchise, I understand cutoff times for certain menu items. But just unprofessional to be denying the same menu item as his coworkers are making/serving it. When you can just reuse the same tools/blender without extra cleaning or labor.

The drinks and pastries we ordered were delicious, but it left a bad taste in service when we couldn’t order what we wanted, despite it being made right in...

Mobile ordering needs to be faster. I ordered on the app for pickup, and when I got to the location 10 minutes later, the order wasn’t even made (the person started making it when I asked about my order). Online ordering’s whole point is for you to order and it’s ready for pickup when you order, not when you get there and ask for your order, so this took away points for me. There was a family with a baby who I’m pretty sure had a soiled diaper (everyone on line could smell it), and the mom had him sitting on the tables (the very tables we eat from). That is disgusting and unsanitary. It says they have Wifi, but the WiFi password isn’t posted anywhere. I asked the employee, they didn’t know it. Aside from that, the place was nice and airy, staff were polite and friendly, and this is a very nice addition to the...
