We booked the surprise party for my Uncle in December with Vinny. Vinny did not give us a number. Only the store number and no email. We contact the store numerous times to never get him to then find out from someone that he's no longer there. No one on the phone can help us with the reservation or the menu, we have to go back to the place in person to speak to Vanni, who was somewhat helpful but on the day of the event was not there. On the day of the event we ask for a projector which we had already told Vinny and Vianni that we were going to need. An older blonde lady gave us a lot of attitude saying that they did not know that there was going to be a projector and that they were going to have to charge us extra. Even though we told two prior people. We waited over an hour for food. There was no bread or water on the table. When the waiter comes, he asks what beers we want as we purchased it with beer included and named moldello. Then when the bill comes, we find out moldello is not included cause apparently a manager tells him only domestic beer is included. Which we were not advised of that previously. Instead of practicing good customer service, they kept it on the bill. We bought a cake from outside. And when they bring the dessert, the cake is completely forgotten about. o one tells the waiter that the cake. There was no manager present on the day of our event and it was a mess. Unless you are a cousin of someone or a friend of someone who works there. Do not book a an event here. Spend your money someplace else where they will have better customer service and deserve your it. Will not be returning they are disorganized and do not communicate with each other.
UPDATE I see that the owner has replied. If you truly aim to practice GREAT Customer Service you can contact us privately, the event was this past Saturday. If you do and provide a satisfactory conclusion I will update this review accordingly. If not, then I will maintain the review for customers to know this is not restaurant that deserves customers, their money, or...
Read moreI'm sure that everyone can relate to having a favorite restaurant. It's local, food is great, nice ambience... it's the restaurant you choose to bring guests from out of town, and make birthday reservations. I regret to use the past tense in describing Patricia's as my personal favorite. Multiple experiences with the "food service felon" as we so aptly call him succeeded in altering my opinion of this establishment so dramatically. This man has robbed multiple dinner parties and myself of the experience of dining out, of savoring our meals and enjoying the company of our friends and family. On several occasions, and I emphasize that this was NOT a one time transgression, he blatantly avoided our table, caused slight inconveniences that continuously altered the mood and built annoyances... one too few wine glasses, no offer of cheese.. the clock ticking by with no service followed by the random asking of, "You good?" in passing. The level of customer service well below what Patricia's once provided and rightfully should continue to strive for. Evidence has been gathered and it all points to one obvious conclusion.. this man is son, brother, cousin, or some other variant of relation to the owner. No thriving, self respecting business would in their right mind employ a man with this level of incompetence in regard to providing customer service and interacting with other human life in a professional manner. He is hands down the WORST wait staff I have encountered in my time here on Earth. Please thank him for ruining my opinion of Patricia's and preventing me from continuing my frequent visits to what was once my favorite. In his immortal words, we will indeed, "Beat it" as he shooed us out the door. Stay...
Read moreI come here frequently, but on this occasion, a few things occurred that spoiled the visit. First, the hostess ( I believe to be an owner) tried to seat us at the entrance to the dining room and when we asked for another table she resisted saying it’s not available because it’s not clean. When I informed her that we could wait, she seemed displeased. But, she had the table cleared and we sat. Then, my friend ordered a dish which she orders all the time and asked to not include an ingredient. The dish came and included the ingredient and was missing a key ingredient. When she discussed it with the hostess/owner, the lie was spoken that the dish is a popular dish and does not include the ingredient that was missing. That was lie #1. Does she think we can’t read? That was insulting and unnecessary. Hopefully she will read this and understand where she went wrong. 1-we can read, 2- don’t lie to a long term customer. Then there was a baby screaming at a large table for about 20 minutes. The parents were looking at the toddler and laughing. Why would you subject a dining room full of people to that.? Why, as a parent would you allow your kid to cry? We cut our meal short and we are looking for a new spot. The hostess owner defended herself passionately. She didn’t stop talking long enough for me to explain why this was the worse dining experience. Cest la vie. You people need to stop lying because it’s insulting. It’s not that a mistake was made, it’s how you recover from the mistake. My problem is not with the waiter or the kitchen it is solely with the hostess owner who was not respectful to...
