Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The workers were nice and normal. The staff is well trained and friendly. The service is smooth here and everything I ordered was good and cleanly packaged. Popeyes app was good and worked fine and easy to use. The restaurant looked cleaned and we'll maintained. Everything looks brand new because it is. The chicken is very good. The chicken sandwich is very good especially the spicy one. selection of sauce is good with many to choose from. Sauce is extra and they charge for sauce so don't be surprised. I would recommend this location. They have good Manager's special that will save you money and it makes it a greater value. The macaroni and cheese is very good much better than the garbage they serve in KFC. The macaroni and cheese has great taste and plenty of cheesy goodness flavor with real cheese. There is a nice baked cheese crust on top making it the fanciest macaroni and cheese for most restaurants not just fast food restaurants. I find that a lot of places make terrible macaroni and cheese KFC being the worst. Hometown bbq has the best macaroni and cheese if you need to know. I recommend you try Popeyes macaroni and cheese it's good. The chicken sandwiches are good but they need cheese in my opinion. The order was placed and quickly fulfilled. They didn't give me any free sauces for my chicken sandwiches I ordered 4 and didn't get any free sauces. I ordered like $2+ in sauces which I thought was a bit over priced. The sauces are okay. I spent around $26 dollars for 4 chicken sandwiches a large macaroni and cheese and like 8 various sauces. Sauces cost around 25 cents each. Overall it's good and fresh for the food. Worst Popeyes ever. I ran in real quick cause I was in a rush and expected fast food. First there was nobody in the store so I had to yell for anyone to even notice me. They take my order and immediately disappear in the back of the store. I’m in a rush so I literally leave for 5 minutes to run an errand. I come back and the store is completely empty and I stay there yelling for 10 minutes to get my food. Seriously nobody here empty store. So again I’m in a rush and have to leave I call 30 minutes later cause that’s the soonest they pick up the phone and they refuse to refund me. Cause I need to stay in their store patiently starting at the wall while they ignore me.. for the slowest food ever. I literally order 1 sandwich and a drink.. why would this...

It's is not the neighborhood, it's the people serving us. I believe if they change the culture behind the counter . The service would change, I asked if the sweet and spicy was hot or like the sweet heat . Her reply "I don't eat Popeyes", has a customer if I have a question about something your selling. The right to do would be to refer me to someone who answer the question appropriately . You dont have to eat where you work but good customer service is you informing the customer about food .
