I have visited this Popeyes a few times and have recently had more negative interactions and experiences than I’d like. The most recent time I went in, the employee got my order wrong and refused to remake it correctly saying “That’s what you’re getting and if you’re not going to eat it, then who is?” Well sir, YOU got it wrong, while I was very clear what I wanted and you did whatever you wanted. This was after he didn’t give me the correct change. It’s unfortunate that the attitude is so condescending and dismissive. I won’t be returning and will advise as many people as I can to not go back.

I recently visited the Popeyes at 1153 Fulton Street, and it was a solid experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, making the atmosphere welcoming. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, and it didn’t disappoint – crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. The fries were fresh, but I wish they were a little crispier.

The service was quick, which I appreciated, though there was a slight wait during peak hours. The only downside was the seating area, which could have been a little more spacious or comfortable. However, it's a fast-food place, so it's not a huge concern.

I ordered my food through the app and arrived at the resting 10mins later. When I arrived I asked the cashier about my order, they didn’t print any of the mobile orders, there were at least 6 mobile orders waiting. When I received my food I checked it and the fries were cold and chicken was unacceptable. I asked them if I could receive fresh food, they told me it was fresh, then a man comes to the front and starts being rude and disrespectful. They do not wear gloves, they touch the food with their hands, give you stale food and get mad, rude and disrespectful when you speak up!
