I traveled to this pizza shop this evening to order a large pie, half bbq chicken and half beef pepperoni. As I was waiting to order, I noticed an employee in the kitchen touching himself, touching the fridges in the waiting area, and drinking a personal beverage over the food prep station. I politely asked the cashier if he can ask the employee to please wash his hands before making my pie. The service then became passive aggressive, as numerous errors were visible on pizza pie. The first issue noticed was the missing beef pepperoni toppings. When I brought it to their attention, the topping was added with a bad attitude. Due to their negligence, the pizza crust was burned as a result of double heating. The second issue was when I noticed a slice of pizza was replaced with a newer slice, not cooked to my liking, as you can clearly see the difference in color. When I questioned why 1 slice looked uncooked like the others, the manager became argumentative as he attempted the gaslight me. When the gaslighting failed, he then told me that Iām making him āmadā. I told him it is not a personal issue, this is business. I paid my hard earned money for a pizza that was incorrect and now tampered with just because I am a woman who asked the male employee to wash his hands. The manager than tried to dictate where I could stand as I waited for my pizza, at which I declined by letting him know that I would continue to stand where I was standing. Overall, this experience was atrocious and could have been handled way better than the manager trying to manage me (the customer) instead of hearing the issue and simply correcting it. This was my partnerās second time coming here, as I introduced him to this pizza brand. The first time I brought him here, we met the owner who was very passionate, genuine, and provided excellent customer service. This was not the case this time, hopefully they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in here today hungry and wanting pizza. I ordered through Uber eats before and didn't have an issue. Decided to take a walk around the neighborhood and I was dissapointed coming in here. I stood right in front of the food glass. There was only a couple who were picking up an order. I standed at the counter for a few minutes. I even made eye contact with a few of the employees. Most of which turned their back to me or continued doing other orders. I dont think one of them greeted me or asked me what I wanted to order. I walked out once I found myself standing their alone, unserviced and the couple had finished picking up their online order. The least you can do is ask me how you can assist me or that you'll be right with me. That was very rude and I lowkey felt like I was being ignored because of prejudice. I took my business and money elsewhere happily. I don't recommend going here, especially of you are a person of color and dinning in. Maybe if you order through delivery but even then I personally will not be spending my money with this company, especially this location. Theres another great pizza place a block or two to the left, called "not just pizza" the man who works there is actually...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI said plenty of times before if you want good Italian food go to a place with Italians making the food you donāt go to a Greek restaurant to get French food. You donāt go to a Chinese restaurant to get Greek food. All in all the cheese is cheap even the tinfoil they wrap your chicken Parm up in the bag, tears easily and no paper plate underneath so you can open it up and place it on something to eat
The worst of all offense is that they chopped up the chicken into little pieces on a chicken Parm hero you donāt do that I asked for a chicken Parm hero. The guy said no mozzarella. LOL
ITāS JUST A GIMMICK WITH ALL THE PICTURES AND THE FLARE ALL OVER THE RESTAURANT YOU BETTER OFF SPENDING A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND GOING TO A REAL ITALIAN PIZZERIA
AND IF YOU DONāT LIKE MY COMMENTS, DONāT READ THEM
AND IF YOU DO LIKE MY COMMENTS, THEN YOUāLL REALIZE WHEN I GIVE A GOOD RATING SOMEWHERE BELIEVE THE FOOD IS...
