Biggest feedback for the manager: please take care of your customers, dine-in, takeout, or mobile order. This happened to me multiple times:
3/5 times i order mobile order, i'd expect it to be ready within 5 minutes of me stepping into the store, because mobile order is ordered in advanced. 3/5 times, i had to wait upwards to TWENTY (20) MINUTES to receive my mobile order. I stand by the "mobile order pick-up" sign, and try to get their attention, but every time, they ignore me (no eye contact and walk away quickly) or only serve the dine-in orders, and then not making eye contact and walking away quickly.
Please please please give the mobile order people your attention and don't deliberately ignore us or force us to walk over to the cash register to get attention. What is the point of the "mobile order pick-up" sign if it doesn't make a difference where you stand to get attention? Just get rid of it then. If we're not saying anything, then please ask. You never ask, ever. I know you see people entering your store, and if you don't check-in with them, how will you know why they're in the store? This shows a lack of concern and care for your customers, so please pay attention to people coming into your store, especially if they're standing...

The lack of diversity with the employees was staggering all of the employees look like they are family members Bangladesh race this is common for most Popeyes in all of the urban communities they discriminate and don't hire black or Spanish people- where is the employers from the community? But the real kicker was the customer service. My server seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I asked for a bbq sauce i was told to pay .53 cents smh &, I was met with an eye roll. And to top it all off, my chicken was cold. Like, stone-cold. Needless to say, I won't be back." Here's the review:
"Avoid this Popeye's at all costs! The staff was incredibly rude, especially when I asked for fresh, hot chicken. When I complained that mine was cold (despite paying for hot food), the employer not only dismissed my concern but also threatened to call the police on me! After getting a refund, I headed to the Popeye's on Boston Road in the Bronx, and what a difference! The staff looked like me, made me feel welcome, and served up fresh, delicious chicken. If you're in the area, skip this dump and head to the Boston Road location instead. 10/10 would recommend – the contrast in service was...
Read moreSeptember 26 2024. The manager named “POPY” i believe that’s what her tag said/picture shows . The cashier was nice, no issues. I paid for my food. Once I purchased my food , the cashier then tells me I have to wait 10-15 minutes because they just ran out of chicken. I said okay that’s fine. I went to sit down for literally about 3 minutes, got up to ask for a courtesy cup of water. The manger told me “ No , but you can buy a bottle of water”. I couldn’t believe she said that. I said “i don’t want a bottle of water, you aren’t supposed to deny me a courtesy cup of water, it’s a small cup of TAP water… come on Popeyes this was so wrong. She was so rude and mean. I explained about 3 times how can you deny me a courtesy cup of water when 1) I LITERALLY AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. 2) I WAS TOLD AFTER PURCHASING THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 10-15 MINUTES FOR CHICKEN. How could you deny a paying customer a courtesy cup of water. she still didn’t relinquish over something so small . That’s when I asked for a FULL REFUND she said to the cashier “ give it to her “.
I LITERALLY NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS OR TAKE PHOTOS BUT I WONT STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS UNTIL SOMEONE...
