I went to the drive thru at about 12:00am they told me they was closed and for me that they wouldnât be opening back up until 12:05am I said ok Iâll wait the woman at the women told me I could wait at the window that I had to park so I did . Then short after they opened up and the cars started lineup and they took the orders when they got to my order I asked for 8 chicken wraps because they had just opened back up and the order was to large. So I sanded her well how many can I order she says 4 then I proceeded to order other things like a burger and nuggets to replace the 4 wraps that she said I couldnât have. I work in customer service and I get it sometimes it can be challenging but if you listen to a customerâs needs and show empathy instead of trying to make it seem the customer is always wrong I would of given them 5 stars . One incident I ordered some cookies with my meal which added up to about 3 dollars and change , they had no more so I asked for a small shake then . She made a huge deal due to the price difference and offered something of lesser value . As a customer itâs not my fault if the business has an item for sale on the app and not in store .    Read moreThere are a few things I don't like about this burger king. The bathroom is always untidy with bums using it as a base. The drive through is a mess from start to finish. 80% of those taking orders have a nasty attitude. With most times not telling you the cost of what was ordered. You can see it showing in the screen but there is no total, if you ask for the total most likely you would be told "will let you know when you get to the window". When you get to the window and you are told the price and pay 99.9% you are then informed order will take a few minutes pull to the side someone will bring it out. We recently ordered 2 2/$6. One whooper three chicken. Whèn it was walked to us in the bag was all whoopers. It was taken back inside and right away one of the whoppers out of the bag was given to a customer at the drive through window the other two place back on the rack for future customers.
