I came here to pick up a customers food for GrubHub. I enter the restaurant and I do my usual like everybody to go to the counter they show the person that’s working there the name so this time I went there three people walked past and didn’t say anything to me so I waited about for about 10 minutes before I said something there was a manager walking around with a green shirt with glasses I don’t even know her name I said to her I said, how long do I have to wait? She didn’t even know what I was there for. She didn’t know if I was picking up an order or if I placed an order, she’s looking at the other girl that day and asking her did that I did she take my order they just unprofessional, very very unprofessional and to be honest there’s so many other Popeyes that are very very professional and data. Appreciate your business. This one doesn’t appreciate your business. She didn’t even say I’m sorry didn’t even offer me anything for free. Could’ve said yo you want something to drink? My friend and I went to order just some chicken, some sides, and a #11 combo (popcorn shrimp). They only had coleslaw (no green beans or corn). No problem. I want a coke no ice as a drink, the cashier asks if my friend wants a drink with her chicken, "no drink please".
We get our order, sit down, and hey - no drink. I ask for my drink (that I paid for as part of my combo) and try to politely explain that my friend wanted no additional drink for herself. The manager tell us to "stop arguing" and asks us to pay the difference, and I happily but begrudgingly oblige.
I checked my receipt - I was charged for a combo which includes a drink. The cashier removed the drink manually.
The cashier was very pleasant and I really did not raise my voice or go a single sentence without saying "Sorry", "It's ok", "I don't understand, could you please explain", "Thank you".

Read moreI've been buying here for almost 3 years now, the food is delicious don't get me wrong, my complain is the staff. Almost every time I order a combo that has a special deal they try to add something extra to charge me more, when I specifically ask for the special deal, they did the same with my dad and my brother, so they are doing it intentionally. Sometimes, they have you waiting for more than 25 min while they dispatch customers that came after you, is like they forget you are there waiting, and when you ask about your food they start talking gibberish.
