Love this place. My family and I visit every so often. The sandwiches take awhile to come out but they are SO GOOD. Their coffee hits the spot ( don't shy away from their specialty ones ). And their service is just perfect. Warm, friendly, cheeky. The kind that makes you want to return ( and we do ). They know how to run this place for locals.

I literally just had the best sandwich of my life. The “Flatbush” made by the manager Ativa seriously was next level delicious! As a matter of fact I’ve never had anything bad from this little gem of a spot. The sandwich’s, the pastry’s and cookies are all amazing. If you’re searching for a great lunch, don’t walk here, run.

Thrilled beyond compare to have Royal Crown II in Brooklyn for more than delicious bread! Everything has been so tasty. Officially my go to for bread, breakfast, and dinner (and every so often for something sweet too ☺️). As a Staten islander turned Brooklynite, I am happy to have the same great food from “home”.

This is just a review on their bread.

I've been a regular customer since they opened shop at the 65th location. IMHO, they had the best brick oven bread and pastries in the neighborhood.

Since they moved over to the 63rd St location, pastries were no longer available, but still baking the best bread. (However, their chocolate bread has gone downhill throughout the years).

Now that it's been rebranded to Royal Crown Filonico Piccolo, their bread has changed. What used to be a light, airy, flavorful bread is now dense and taste like American white slice bread.

Time has moved on, and I must move along with it. Royal Crown, thank you for all the years of serving me, my family,...

My son Charles and I stopped by for 🍞 bread.....for me it was the first....when we finally got home we sat down and enjoyed the most tasty bread ever......you try many places and think you found the best....no no no...ROYAL CROWN II in Brooklyn NY is TOP SHELF in my cookbook. Now the problem is I live Jersey .... cannot get to brklyn everyday as I would definitely buy more 🍞. So on my next trip I'll definitely buy more than 2.....thank you to the Brooklyn bread...

Went in today & I asked the girl at the counter what kind of cookie a particular one was & she says I don't know & just looks at me with a blank stare So i asked her can you find out & she hands me one so I guess I can figure out .If you work there you should know the products or at least make the attempt to find out ..Very poor customer service .Not friendlly ( no smiles ) looked liked half...
