Tacos Oaxaca — Restaurant in New York

If I can give this place a 0 stars rating, I would. One of the worst places that I had displeasure of ordering from. First of all, the person that took me order barely spoke English. There was a lot of background noise with water being constantly flushed. It felt like she was taking my order from a bathroom. I had to repeat my order three times and they still messed up, TWICE. I should have known not to waste my time when she didn't know how to charge my credit card 5 times. I had to give her two different credit cards and she still couldn't do it. Eventually, I had enough and told her either to give the phone to someone who can use the machine or cancel the order. The other person was able to get the machine to read the card in seconds. It took me 15 minutes to place the order because she kept putting me on hold or she couldn't understand me or couldn't hear me. When the order was finally placed, she said it would take 30 minutes even though they were about 7 blocks away. I said fine, they're probably busy, plus the cooking time, etc. The order comes in 50 minutes later. First part of the order is missing. That means whatever my son ordered wasn't brought in. She also messed up the other part of the order as well. I call them back. Instead of apologizing, saying that she will fix it, she starts arguing with me that I never ordered those items. Mind you, these were the first few items that I ordered and I repeated my order 3 times. So not only did she mess up, she overcharged me for the items that they did deliver. For example, I ordered 2 chicken tacos, she brought me 2 orders of chicken tacos, each had 3 tacos. I offered to return one order because the food was just delivered and untouched, she refused. She also didn't want to acknowledge her mistake and initially didn't want to bring the missing order items. Only after I threatened to call the credit company and dispute the charge did they finally agree to bring the missing items. At this point, I was okay with them taking back the whole order back. So the second time I place the order for chicken burrito and sope, for which she charged me another $18. Again, no apology, no offer for a discount to fix their negligence. I agreed. After waiting another 40 minutes, the delivery guy brings the burrito and a small container of greasy liquid. No sopes. I even spelled it out for her, just in case I was mispronounced it, she still got it wrong. Whatever that small container was, she charged me $8 for something inedible. The food itself was the worst Mexican food that I ever ordered. A waste of $100 plus tips. Never again....

This Is Horrible Service They Charge you more For Less The Food Has A Weird Flavor Doesnt Taste Like Meat At All I threw it all up Ugh Hell No !!!!!! And Beware The Salad they throw in is Old And Moldy I also ordered Birria Soup And What did i get ? A Half A Cup For 6$ And No Tortillas And its supposed to come with my order and Upon Explaining to them about my Order that it was Overpriced , !!!! I Got A Nasty Attitude From The Server What a disgrase Oh yeah Forgot to Mention The Delivery Guy Was Also Rude I tipped him more than the Average Person Would Get $$$ And He Counted the Money Tip Right in front of me like he wanted more and Gave me a Nasty Look And Fled Away Not even Thanks did i Get Avoid Eating Here unless You want Horrible service And a Bad Time !!!!!!!!! Im A long Time Customer Never Again ill...

The food is amazing the staff is horrible!! After my last two placed orders on uber eats they kept on sending barely well cooked tortillas for my quesadillas I decided to give in a call and check upon how come my last two orders kept on arriving not as cooked they only said sorry and hung up 5 days later they stopped doing orders for uber eats!! Who ever was cheffing it up before they were doing amazing. If I can rate the staff...
