This red velvet cake was so disgusting and i am a hugeee red velvet fanatic but i sadly couldn’t eat this and on top of that the cookie was terrible and just to make sure it wasn't me or my taste buds and i had my 4 family members try it and all of them spit it out and said that it was terrible. I called to ask for a specific cake for a birthday party and as since I am not aware of all the details regarding the cake layers and amount of people needed, she was VERY rude to help me out. This is a place that used to be very professional and helpful. Clearly not the same place as how it used to be! Next time, they should help the customers out as much as possible and not just get irritated, change language, and hang up while one...

Primero que nada fui hoy a comprar empanadas de yuca muy ricas , estaba tratado de ser un comprador frecuente , PERO las personas que atiende son muy desagradablaes primero que nada la persona de edad que atiende la que se dice ser la chafe arrogante explota, yo no entiendo para que está ahí si ya no tiene la paciencia de trabajar le pedí 3 de pollo de yuca le pregunté por una salsa y con su arrogancia me dio una respuesta estupida me fui a mi carro y descubrí que eran de queso , regresé al Bakerry para decirle que está mal mi orden y adivina otra persona igual de ignorante arrogante me atendió sin education me dijo ,yo no fui que te atendió y se fue y pues para dejarles claro yo trabajo en la industria customer service por mucho tiempo y si yo ante diera de esa manera me despiden en el momento pero aquí claramente no hay estándares , y siguiendo con la persona de edad avanzada ella tomó las empanadas de que y las tiro con coraje al Basura .
