Really good food but poor costumer service skills, there was that said "PICK UP HERE" , since I ordered for pickup I thought that had to go straight to that window that clearly says "PICKUP HERE" since I didn't know the ladys there saw standing there didn't greet me or anything, both of them assuming that I should make the line, where the walk ins were, so I asked her what do they do with the orders placed on the phone and she responded im a very rude way: "Why don't you make the line? Why are you standing there? You should pay first" and I said: "Well I didn't know that I had to make the line for pick up orders since you have a sign there that clearly says "pick up" and she said "well I will explain to you right now for next time, when you come here you need to make the line and pay"

I'm really disappointed, but I hope they can turn...
