I have ordered from this place before but my experienced today wasn't good at all. 0 stars will be what I give for not doing their job right. I placed the order through Grubhud 2 items, I attached the photo that clearly says 1 of 2 items, but I only received 1 smoothie and not a wrap. When I called the store to ask what happened and ask for a refund of $8.99 I was told to called Grubhud customer service which I did. Toxic. Those two girls working here this evening are teenagers who shouldn't be in charge of your business.... the dirty looks, crowds of friends, and laziness around orders... toxic. You should have an adult monitoring them. Or maybe some sort of work readiness instructor - they have no emotional intelligence or grace. I won't be coming back... and I love tropical smoothie. Not to this Tottenville location. Shame on their parents ... snobs who should be better at...
