Boar's Head Deli — Restaurant in Newark

Zero for customer experience here. You have to choose from three tablets and input your menu choices which would be fine, if it were not for the fact only about a third of the menu is listed, and no one at hand to help. There are beers, potato chips, soup and fruit clearly seen in cabinets and on offer but not on menu...

So was greeted with a look of annoyance as I wanted to add a bottle of water and some fruit when I got to the checkout. Nice!

My advice, ditch the stupid tablets with nothing but soft drinks and limited menu, and stop being so lazy when it comes to having to interact with customers.

Of course they won't do this as they have airport gate traffic with limited choices for customers, and who wants to spend time in Newark airport unless forced too? Food seemed ok as were prices, but a huge fat zero for not giving a toss about those who keep your...

I need to write a review. I went to the location in terminal C United Airlines. I order a Ruben sandwich. It takes 20 min and its not even busy. A pilot waiting for his sandwich with out bread gets his with bread after telling them 3 times. I finally get my sandwich and its a cold unheated sandwich, I never had a cold Ruben sandwich before. Maybe my fault not knowing. But theyoung women that calls out your order number is rude and unprofessional. She asked me if I paid already and I said I did, she asked again and I nodded my head Yes. Wow so let me start by saying I’m amazed at the reviews because my experience was in fact opposite of what I’m reading. The man who made my Mesquite turkey and cheese on an everything bagel toasted (Which was soooo Delicious) had amazing customer service!!! I was in line and witnessed rude customers and he still remained kind to them all and he was fast at making every order!! Wish I would have got his name! Thanks Man appreciate you!!!
