Brazilian Pizza — Restaurant in Newark

Love this pizza. When I first heard about "Brazilian Pizza" I thought, what's up with these Brazilians trying to make pizza, must be awful, leave the pizza to the Italians please! How wrong could I be, this pizza topped with every imaginable combination of vegetables and meats is the best. I went vegetarian years ago, only recently eating fish again for health reasons. The vegetarian pizza here is a meal in two slices, delicious.

The restaurant itself is nothing, a little pizza restaurant with tables and a refrigerator for soda and other drinks, zero on the ambiance, but I still take visiting friends here, American included, for the savory, mouthwatering pizza. The pizza is generous with the mozzarella, these guys must be Italian. Sufficient English is generally spoken here by someone at most times---you Americans. Staff is friendly. Me and my partner were interested in trying Brazilian Style Pizza after watching numerous videos on Tiktok and we’re so glad that we did. Initially, there was a slight hiccup due to our online order not being found in their system but that was soon forgotten about. The chef was extremely nice and helpful on how to properly eat it since it was our first time and the pizza was simply incredible! Everything was flavorful, the slices were so cheesy and stacked with toppings that you needed a knife and fork to eat it, and their stuffed crust was so crisp and light in taste (not to mention their prices are very reasonable.) Rude service and bad food

Terrible experience at Brasileira Grill. The bartender was rude, and when we complained about the long wait, the manager mocked us and just said, “What do you want me to do?” — zero professionalism.

The food came without utensils, the caipirinha was awful, and the salpicão tasted like it had expired mayonnaise. Staff were overall disrespectful and unkind.

Definitely not going back. Would never recommend this low life place! I used to go here in the past but now they’ve changed the staff and management and now the place...
