The secretary was informed by this issue made decision not pushback the appointment to 9:45 am or 10 am because according to her statement Kessler rehabilitation center was short stuff. Leave while you still can... I was going there for my shoulder after surgery. Unfortunately I used up a lot of visits at Kessler. They robbed me of my health. The so called claimed to be doctor is not educated enough. Had me doing the wrong excercises in my most crucial state of healing. Not only would I leave in more pain, but there was no improvement. I had questions as to why something hurt,”ohhh ask your doctor and see what he says.”They just put bio-freeze so you wouldn’t know that they are doing a bad job. It’s only been 2 weeks since I transferred therapist and dramatically I’m improving. If I would’ve stayed I’d probably be handicapped for the rest of my life. I had an amazing experience with Kessler thanks to Joey, who answered my call. I just restarted work this week after being out for a year due to an accident, and I was running into major scheduling issues with my therapy sessions. Joey was phenomenal—so polite, incredibly patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to get all the necessary information and made sure I was pointed in the right direction.
