This dominos on Mt. Prospect is horrible. I had over 5 incidents with them. I have now learned my lesson to never order from here again. Moises always brought me back with giving me free meals. But, even those orders came wrong. This time it was the last straw. I am tired of this dominos. I wish i could order from the one on Bloomfield ave. Its so devastating that the one on Bloomfield ave doesn’t deliver to my area, even though they are closer to me than the trashy one in Mt. Prospect. I have never had any incidents with the Bloomfield ave one.

I don't understand how this dominos on Mt. Prospects is still open. It should be shut down. It has so many bad reviews. I make orders on the phone and I am specific with my orders to the person taking my orders. The employees do not listen. It has bad customer service, the orders come incorrect, and the orders take so long to arrive. I will tell all my friends, whom live in the forest hills area to not order from Dominos on mt prospect. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich !!! I realized while eating my sandwich that it was a funny taste. I turn over my sandwich over & see that the bread was moldy!! Smh I was so disgusted. I went home to vomit. I grew up in this neighborhood & that’s my #1 dominoes to go to, it will be my last time there. Although the cook made another order for me it was sitting in the back of my mind that it may be spoiled again. I didn’t enjoy my food. Customer service sucks too. The girl at the front taking care of the customers easily gets agitated when you are ordering & don’t know what you’ll be ordering. She rushes to put your order in. It’s like she hates talking or interacting with customers or just hates her job. It’s just bad for business. The cook was very apologetic & understanding & made another sandwich for me even though that’s not what I wanted. The girl told him you making another one ?! Like if she’s paying for it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered the 2 pizza special for $12.99 each, cheese bread and a cheese steak. They charged me $18.99 for 1 pie and $19.89 for the second pie. They only delivered 1 pie, cheese bread and the cheese steak. When I called to discuss the charges and the missing pie they got defensive and said I wad lying while I had the receipt of charges in my hand and a picture of what was delivered. I sent the food back and asked for a full refund. The female worker on the said ok. So not trusting them, I went there 20 minutes later to check on my refund. Not only did she not refund my money but her father/delivery person came out very aggressive and argumentive. I will take this up with corporate headquarters... 0 STARS.
