I placed an order for my family while moving because I did not have time to cook. Unfortunately out of all the pizza options available my daughter’s favorite is this one. The order was placed at 3:43 we arrived at our home at 3:50 cautiously awaiting the delivery to come after a long days work. We have camera evidence our delivery driver never showed up and never rang the bell. I called to communicate this to this location but the only sorry excuse was a phone call wasn’t answered and that this was policy. There was no space created for me as the customer to feel welcomed. They wanted an apology from me? Who delivers a pizza without driving to the address amor knocking on the door? What kind of sorry excuse for pizza delivery is this ? I am super disappointed. The agent that answered the call seemed to be in disbelief that delivering was part of the role. All we wanted was pizza as we were starved and choose this location and Dominoes. I shortly requested a supervisor whom started yelling at the top of her lungs that the only thing she could do was refund it or delivery the cold as pizza because by now it was after 5:00 pm. I asked for her to do her job and have it delivered as this is what I paid for. The level of disappointment and disrespect from a “female manager” 3/22/2025 whomever was working this shift definitely deserves mayor customer service skills. We were victims of hunger and still no food was delivered-it’s 6:00 pm. I will be adding video coverage as I have a ring camera of no delivery driver showing up at our house and no one rang the bell. What type of delivery systems calls prior to delivery- the entire point of using the application to deliver is minimal human contact because out of all days this happened! Disgusting Dominoes!! I had to order from a different location because I still haven’t received my delivery.
In order for me to receive a return I had to call several times and then, after the second time I was hung up on a waited for someone to answer for 25 minutes then called from a family members phone number where they answered after 6 minute wait. The person I spoke to this time : Skou- positions manager ; sonic was the person I spoke to...
Read moreThis is ONE of the worst customer service locations connected to Domino's Pizza. The worst part about this location is most of the workers located here are ALL black people. Domino's need to be MORE DIVERSED in predominantly black locations. I say this simply because I was treated like I didn't belong here. The young lady was working by herself (not my fault that's corporate fault), and she ignored me when I told her I was her to pick up an order that clearly stated on my phone it was "READY for Pick-Up." She ignored me and took a telephone order right in front t of me like I wasn't there. Of course, I showed my true colors. Why must I show my TRU COLORS (no question mark needed). Another customer came in heard the loudness and told me, "This is not the first or last time you will get service like this." He also had an order to pick-up. WE both waited 20 minutes more watching this worker, casually AND nonchalantly box 6 pizzas and prepared them like WE weren't there. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING!!! Basically she wanted to prove to US that she will move when she get's READY to move. I was BEYOND mad!!! I was about to leave, but then I asked myself, "Why must I go outside my OWN community and go to another location in order to get good and descent service. I love NEWARK NJ!!! Newark did not MAKE the people the people MADE Newark. She finally proved her point and decided to give US our service. After I paid, I wanted to show her that money "Ain't NO THANG" and toss that "Waited Food" right on the glass barrier. It was the principle that matters. But I didn't want to give her the benefit and plus my momma wanted her food. *ENCLOSING Domino's NEED to hire MORE diverse people in predominantly black locations. Make customers feel like, "It's not me, it's just the people that Domino's Pizza hire." That's my opinion and I'm...
Read more…if I could give negative 1000 stars I would. This is my first time placing an order at dominoes since moving to the area. I’m a papa johns girl but they are quicker and slightly cheaper and I was hungry so I chose dominos. Horrible decision. So I order on the app, everything is going well and I receive a call maybe 30 min later from the delivery person that they are outside. I said “ok, do you come up or do I need to come down?”. She giggles politely and says no we don’t come up sorry, I said ok I’ll be right down. I literally throw a robe on get in the elevator before she is calling me AGAIN. I said “yes hello?” She’s like yes miss I’m downstairs waiting. I said I KNOW I am in the elevator give me a chance. I get down and no one is there. I call her and she says the GPS must have taken her to the wrong place and she’s gonna do it manually and figure it out and call me back. At this point I am still patient, I go back up. 20 min later she calls again and says hi I’m here, I go down. No one is there. I call her back no answer. I call again, no answer. So at this point, I’m annoyed af. I Google the dominos to call them directly and The store location is 3 MINUTES from me, THREE MINUTESSSS. They answer and I immediately start goin off about what’s goin on. They say they’re going to give her a call. 3 minutes later the lady pulls up and doesn’t say a WORD. No hello no apology no nothing. Just opens HER carrier bag and looks at me. I said “you want me to pull the pizza out your bag?” She shakes her head yes. Lol never again. Never again. And to top it all off the food was DISGUSTING. I will be sticking with my papa johns from here on out. Please avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache or bottom...
