I have ordered from this restaurant quite frequently. I had gotten my first taste of Halal food while visiting in NYC. You know the lunch hour food truck experience. This truck of gentlemen had a long line near the United Nation building. It was the start of my looking for a local restaurant that serves such. I found the Halal Boyz on DoorDash. The food is good but they don’t given you, your money worth on any size. Which I found disheartening. Their not consistent when it comes to cooking their meat. I had ordered the combination platter chicken and gyro meat. It was very good seasoned and cooked well. Two days later I ordered again. This time there was less food and it arrived cold. So off to the microwave it went. I was so disappointed by both the looks and the taste “ No it wasn’t the microwave, it was only in it for 30 seconds”. It was dry and had no taste.The meat looked as if they put it through a micro shedder. Guys you have to do better. Customers enjoy consistency with great tasting food.
