Ordered this food from Uber Eats and literally highly disappointed. I will never order from here again. First and foremost, the rice is hard (either not cooked enough and or old rice from the bottom of the pot), cold (the place is literally around the corner and shouldn’t have arrived to me this cold and the chicken is warm) and definitely old. Your establishment should be embarrassed for the service you’ve provided. Then have no customer service when I speak to her on the phone (oh when you order again, let us know and we’ll) what are you going to do (make sure the rice is fresh or not hard (you’ve should have never served this rice this way in the first place. Jerk Chicken drier than the Sahara Dessert in Morocco with no flavor whatsoever. This is definitely yesterday’s dry chicken that they put fresh jerk sauce on. Be very ashamed of what y’all are doing. 5 ⭐ for the flavors, no doubt! I ordered Rasta pasta with jerk chicken and cabbage (not pictured) and every bite was flavor-FULL!! 😋 I also tried an OXTAIL PATTY because 👀 Whaaaaaat??!! Like a beef patty but with shredded oxtail meat && Oh My Goodness!! 🤤 I tried to save some for later but that thought was a dubb. Idk what type of magic sis sprinkled in but she secured a returning customer for sure. Parking is easy to find and the menu selection and prices are unbeatable. First, I order on Grubhub jerk pork. My delivery driver calls me and tells me they’re telling him they don’t have it so that he should call me and ask me what else I want , thank you to the delivery driver ,they’re supposed to call me not my driver but I told him OK no problem. Give me the jerk chicken. I also asked for extra jerk sauce on the side.
