Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Newark

We pay $55 for this 2 Pizza and cheese stick and a soda. I know the store did not cut 2X as requested and the pizza was not well done actually it was cold did the delivery guy travel with the pizza on his back. This annoying everyone one know is about [ Presentation, Taste and Quality]. This Ham and Pinapple pizza is smush to the point can't even pick up the pizza without taking the whole thing rolling over my hand. Ether this was given to doordash like this or the Vespa Driver drop it on the way herethe pizza is cold, was not cut properly with the pizza cutter I see the line on top but this botton is united like siamese Twins and is so soft I don't feel the well done what the he'll. Pizza cutter need to start practicing in Cardboard boxes (his or her) hands must soft as butter. The sad part of all this The only good item on the order is the 2 Litter Pepsie because the Italian Cheese Sticks taste dish soap, I guess the dishwasher had some free time to help with the orders maybe next time put some gloves on or wash your hands properly. If the quality of of your pizza matches the cooks skill maybe you should consider getting a job as a undertaker this Pizza really did Kill my appetite im sure a lot of people feel the same way. This will be my second and lastto ever eat in Little Ceasar Newark location ever again I will way until I go to NYC to eat pizza at list there they take pride on there product horrible what people do to pizza. This place is disgusting. I ordered a pie, I got home and it was raw dough. Barely cooked at all! I called and they had no customer service. Their response was well r u gonna bring back the other one?? I said yea, and when I showed up I was made to wait in line..no sorry, no how can I make it better? No nothing... when I asked for a manager I was told they won't be in. I asked for a name, she said she couldn't provide it. I asked her to call the manager sh said she couldn't...I asked for my money back and she wouldn't refund my money. She kept telling me stop giving her attitude. Like who wouldn't have an attitude at this point!?!? I just want my money back!! After 15 mins of demanding my money back she called the store manager who said she would be out for 2 days due to "training"....the manager said when she gets back I could come back to "talk" about the situation... no customer service at all, pizzas are either undercooked or burned, false advertising specials..This place man. I've given this Little Caesars 3 chances, and it's consistently disappointing and has let me down. First, they routinely run out of basic toppings like sausage, and even when you pay extra for an "ExtraMostBestest," they still skimp on toppings. How can a pizza restaurant run out of basics like sausage? That shows they are not stocking inventory properly. Second, the app will say your order is ready, but when you go inside, they’ve already given your pizza to someone else—leaving you to wait another 30–40 minutes for another one. I am not arriving late for example the app said pizza ready and 3 minutes later I go inside and they are like sorry someone else must have gotten your pizza. How is this possible? Don't you verify the customers name before handing the pizza over? Third, the customer service is terrible. Mistakes are common, and there's little accountability or urgency to fix them.
