Facility is very nice. Staff issues with what is or what is not policy. Pay $10 as adult and free for my child on one day. Came back the very next day and had to pay a full $10 for my child who is under 10yrs of age for the same swim meet event. Staff could not explain why it was free for one day. Next, the first day we didn't bring chairs and there was no seating available. Some parents brought chairs and it was ok. I bring chairs just in case there was no seating available on the second day and was told no chairs are allowed and it was standing room only. Confusing and frustrating. Then security and police said that the area was for wheelchair access to view the event. There are no signs or anything stating wheelchairs only, standing room only or anything of that nature. A total failure. Then as we're leaving we are waiting to get a souvenir and the lines were long so my wife and my daughter sat on the floor. A staff came by and said "you GUYS can't sit on the floor. There is plenty of seating downstairs" Clearly my wife and daughter are not guys and secondly excuse me would have been the proper way to address someone. On top of that how do visitors know that there is plenty of seating if they are not informed? Are suppose to just roam the building looking around? Doesn't sound right to me. Total disappointment to what could have been an awesome...

I avoided the price for tickets (I guess they were $15 to get in) by knowing the coach of the visiting team and asking for a favor. Conveniently located right next to a subway stop that was maybe a ten minute ride from Newark Penn station. Waiting for the train was longer...
Read moreWe have people in their jeans and hiking boots playing badminton occupying the 2 racquetball courts that’s available for thousands of students. I don’t understand why they can’t play badminton in part of the basketball court specially when there is no game scheduled in the court. They used to have it like that and now they allow everyone to take over the racquetball courts. It’s horrible. I don’t understand why NJIT is sooo bad...
