These young people or the workers period are just rude and unprofessional at their job , customer service was very much dissatisfying and Iām considering even contacting the district manager or corporate office whoever has a higher status then that so claimed store manager. I was real lenient with them tonight and they showed no hospitality at all just giving straight negative vibes . First off the young man who took my order was not the issue at all he did everything correctly all it was he simply made a mistake of giving me a medium fry when we clearly and loudly said large fry he even repeated the order and so did we once again . We receive the order at second window itās a medium fry I try to explain to the young lady this isnāt what I asked for she goes well thatās what you paid and I said I know thatās what I paid but Iām just seeing now that I paid for something I didnāt ask for like duh he didnāt even say anything at the first window as in clarifying the order once more he just said the price so clearly I didnāt know he made a mistake till I got there ! And whoever the Hispanic lady is thatās supposed to be the manger is no better either she just didnāt care and it seem like she donāt like her job but anyway I wasy going to let them just dust me off like itās nothing especially when I came off real polite . I offered to pay the difference right there I paid with cash how could that possibly be a problem. ?? She closed the window and started going outside to give the other customers their orders just because we stayed there until we received our correct order . Ā Ā Ā Read moreA friend and I just went for coffee very early the other day, when it was still quite dark out. We went through the drive thru, since it was so dark out. All went fine until we pulled up to pick up our coffee at the window. And there, standing just to the side of the pick-up window, is an obviously homeless man. Now, I don't have an issue with the homeless! Hell! I WAS one of them not all that long ago! Don't get me wrong, I have issues with HOMELESSNESS! The fact that we are still dealing with mass homelessness in this day in age is an issue for another day! But this man was standing in the shadows, and tbh, he looked terrifying! The lady working the window absolutely sees him. No question about that. Maybe she's afraid of angering him by asking him to move on? IDK, but, all I can say, is if I had not been with a friend just then, I 100% would have said forget the coffee and pulled off. Now, I don't do this too often...but my friend goes to get her coffee EVERY DAY... ALONE! And she went on to tell me this same man is there EVERY SINGLE DAY! She LOVES McCafe coffee!
