Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Newark

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Its a grease house and the only reason I went there was a for a quick meal and it didn't turn out that way. I literally waited over 2 minutes before some one came on the mic. I repeatedly said hello and hello and waited for 2 minutes. I asked them the difference between spicy chicken sandwich and chicken sandwich. The guys response was 1 is spicy and other other isnt, duh. Really? I asked for clarification he gave it to me. I ordered the chicken sandwich and with out mayonnaise. I get my order and I look at it. They put mayonnaise on it and they took it off and tried to give me that. I return it to them and told them it has mayonnaise on it. The girl behind the counter tells the guy it has mayonnaise on it and I told them. They correct the order, or did they? No mayonnaise but now it looks like sandwich with chicken breast in it. Its not a chicken patty, its a boneless chicken...

Oh my goodness, just horrid! I ordered six chicken tenders, two biscuits, a side potato, and a side coleslaw. The coleslaw was old like it went bad. The chicken tenders were literally like rubber! Now the biscuits... 🤔I could have probably knocked somebody the hell out with them! I ended up giving my dogs the chicken tenders and the potatoes cuz everything else was like, Forget about it. My little dog probably would have broken his teeth on them darn biscuits/weapons. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First off, I wasnt pleased with the weird looking lady hanging out in the drive thru. went home to realize my 5 biscuits and tea that was suppose to be included with meal were missing. Rice and beans were very soupy as if water was added. Macaroni and cheese was very cold and mushy and string beans were a little dried out. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Called and complained and he told me to come back next day with receipt. Just great, I didn’t get one and didn’t worry at the moment because I was so hungry and a receipt was the last thing on my mind. If possible just drive/walk a few more blocks and go to Popeyes at a...
