My boyfriend and I live nearby and passed by this gem everyday for about 2 months. One day we decided to pop in and try them out. Let me tell you...Divina Frontera is my boo and I's favorite restaurant!!!! We go on a date there once a week!!!! All of the staff is amazing and you can tell they treat everyone like family. The food is authentic, delicious, and consistent...honestly you can't go wrong with whatever you choose as everything is fresh and the standard is excellent. As someone who works in food service, there are certain things I look for in an overall experience and this is it! Beyond eating there weekly, we also order to go once a week as well...they are that good!!!! Their Pollo a la Brasa, garlic chicken, chaufa, salchipapa etc is so flavorful but honestly everything is phenomenal. They also have weekly specials such as fejoiada and specialty soups. Their dessert menu is excellent...everytime we go in we order dessert first to share, either tres leches cake or passion fruit cheesecake, and I always get one of their satisfying cappuccinos. All in all I cannot recommend this place enough, and I hope you and your family enjoy soon!!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤

I got takeout for a half chicken . The cashier also told me there was Two sides that come with the combo. The chicken is flavorful and cooked quite nicely. Remember to get that extra spicy green sauce that they put it. Its got a nice tang and kick. Its good value. Just forgot to give me a fork/napkins would make it 5/5 other than that I would come back when ever i go to Newark.

Buenos días!! Lea comentado que fui a tomar desayuno con mi familia, ya que buscábamos un lugar cerca a nuestra ubicación, y no revisamos antes los comentarios. Ordenamos un combo divino que incluía chicharrones, tamal , camote y relleno. Desde la presentación se veía pésimo, dejamos literalmente todo entero. El chicharrón parecía piedra y definitivamente era todo recalentado. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie porque prácticamente regalamos el dinero . Nos descontaron una fuente de combo divino ya que fueron dos. Pero no comimos ni una así que yo no hubiera pagado ni un dólar por esa comida tan desagradable. Quiero decirles que muy aparte de esa mala experiencia la atención de la muchacha fue muy linda….. les dejo foto del “Combo divino” que dejamos entero. No pidan ese plato si no quieren regalar el dinero.
