I went to the branch on 462 Chancellor Avenue on 11/13. My host was Adaira who seemed to be new and oblivious. I unfortunately did not have my card so i had to pay with cash. I knew i was in a not so safe area and reluctantly gave Adaira my $100 bill.while watching if anyone was observing me when i got my change...my purchase totalled $16.16 and my change was $83.84. I had to be collecting the meal plus i had the overly hot tea in my hand so,I watched as Adaira count my cash handed me my change. On my way home i stopped at the the nearest Chase Atm to deposit $80 from the change. The Atm kept refusing my deposit and i figured the bills were not positioned correctly. I immediately observed the monies and was shocked to find out that one of the $20 was "counterfeit". I never felt so cheated in all my life...i called back Wendy's and spoke to the so - called manager who refused to give her name. I explained the situation and of course all she said was......ok.......i almost passed out. I will never go back to Wendy's because i believe they have a "big drawer" of fake bills giving selective customer.
I am asking the CEO of this organization to refund my $20. That is my only plea. The God i serve is not sleeping and he will ensure no one gets the treatment or loss i received.

Read moreDo NOT buy from this location. By far the worst experience of my life. Ordered at 4:05p and left the store empty handed at 4:30p. It’s Friday 4/1/22 and also payday bc 6 employees waiting for their checks cut the customer line to order food after getting their envelopes. They even got half off on their meals too. They were all also served first. The manager “De” on the receipt but Felicia” when I asked for her name, was the only one working drive thru and as she was issuing my refund was interrupted by an employee’s elder family member who appeared to have been waiting in her car a while for the check. After “Felicia gave the grandma the check, she walked away from the register before giving me receipt of the refund. The entire experience was gut-wrenching! Corporate needs to close the store down. As Felicia walks away, I asked another employee that was packing the food to get the manager’s attention and her response to was, “She needs a second.” (After I had already waited 15 minutes for just an Avocado salad and 5 minutes for a “Felicia” to get the check to the family member.” ATTENTION Corporate-...

They always burn them and though I know this I was so tired from moving and didn't want to drive two towns over to get good fries from the hillside wendy's I just went there. I told them I wanted a plain chicken sandwich they put lettuce and mayonnaise on it. I then went in because it was messed up and told them I asked for it to be plain they then made me another sandwich with lettuce on it. I had to say to them please plain with nothing on it but the chicken and the bread and then he finally made it right. I asked for no ice they put ice anyway then when we got our 6 sodas 4 of them was just seltzer. I was so frustrated I just sent one of the kids in to deal with it. This Wendy's has always been bad it just keeps getting worse.
