The location is 24 hours but proceeded to tell me when I originally drove up to the ordering screen that they were only fulfilling pick up orders at the moment.So I proceeded to park and place a pick up order.I waited about 15 minutes before pulling back up to the order screen but this time there was no response from anyone,I proceeded to drive to the actual window and I honked a few times,no response after 10 minutes ,after 20 minutes I knocked on the glass and there was one worker I could see in the back doing nothing ,and another worker who appeared to literally clock out and leave .This is ridiculous.This Establishment needs new management &workers who are willing to actually earn the money they are getting paid instead of ones who are sitting on their lazy a$$ ! I’m spending my hard earned money here!I shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour and a half for FAST FOOD.
Update -About 3 other vehicles were waiting In Line with me,others also got out and tried knocking on the front door and side doors,a few minutes later 2 guys and 1 girl walk inside and it seems as if they just arrived to work.They didn’t say a word to anyone that was waiting ,none of the workers even came to the ordering window to see what we were waiting for .i should’ve had my food almost 2 hours ago!!1 worker finally casually strolled to the window and says “what are you waiting for” 13 mins later he comes back with just the drinks .Ill...

I went to drive 07/29/24 around 4:30pm, I ordered 2 whopper meals, I pull up to the window and told the lady I have a coupon to use, she had the nerve to tell me I CANT USE MY COUPON, because they don’t accept coupons at the window, so I asked her so what do I do? Do I have to come inside?
