The only reason they're getting the 1 star os because the customer service rep I spoke with salvaged the situation a little bit.
My company decided to feed one of our evening crews since they have been working tremendously hard lately. I placed an online order for pickup at 9:30p for roughly 30 meals at 4:30p--plenty of time my thought. I showed up to the store at 9:34p mind you they close at 10p--the door is locked, I waited for a staff member to open in to go in and get my order. I'm greeted with blank stares and confusion when I state my purpose. The "manager" on duty says they don't have the order, nor do they have anything remotely ready...they were already cleaned up and broke down for the evening. He then tells me that nobody told him they have this order, and sorta huffed around scrolling through the computer etc. And then he found where it was placed. The next excuse was saying he didn't even come in until 7p, nobody told hime about the order blah blah blah...more reason to look at scheduled orders so you know what's going on-my opinion. Then proceeds to facetime his GM 🙄 long story short... they did offer to drop the order but it was going to be a while before it was ready...I'm feeding these guys at 10p. I ask for a refund since my card had already been charged and I'll make different arrangements and I was told I would have to go through online to request my refund, nothing she (GM) could do.
I am really upset with the level of customer service they showed and the sheer annoyance because I was looking for a resolve. Don't get me wrong, I could have handled it differently on my end--I didn't get crazy upset or vocal but I have a face that doesn't hide anything. Just very disappointed in the store and the leadership they have, you're in an industry they you should be customer oriented and have a better outlook on the service you provide.

Read moreThe food was great as usual. We don't go to this location often because of attitudes like we experienced again. We went through the drive through and I spoke clearly. The staff member taking the order asked me to repeat myself several times. We made it to the window, got our receipt, and saw something wrong. I asked the staff member if it was listed wrong and she stated it was, so I asked if we were getting what we ordered and not what was on the receipt. She said we would get what we ordered. She hands us a large bag and closes the window. My wife and I look at each other wondering if that was everything we ordered, so she looks through the bag at every item and we were missing one cinnamon biscuit. We sat there for another minute until someone came bag to the window. A different staff member opens the window and hands us the biscuit we were missing. I asked if that was everything and she said yes. We thanked each other and drove away. My wife looked closer at the item that was wrong on the receipt and realized it was actually the wrong item. I turned around and parked. I went in with the receipt and wrong item. I got the staff member's attention who took our order. She came over and I showed her that we received the wrong item. She said it was the correct item and walks away as I'm speaking to her. At this point I'm boiling with anger at this staff member's poor skills. I keep my composure as another staff member asks if I needed something. I explained to her that the first staff member rudely walked away while I was speaking to her. Read moreI was in Newberry visiting a family member, so I decided to stop there to get us a nite to eat before we hit the road home, in Woodruff. I heard the guy tell the customer in front of me, that only had dark meat. So I got up there and I ordered a chicken sandwich, they didn't have any fillets for the chicken sandwiches. So we decided we would all order a 2pc meal for$5. Got to window, paid, was asked to pull up and they'd bring it out to me. So it took like 20 minutes. I can see in the dining room. I see a guy that I had met at my family members house, who doesn't work there. He had on street clothes , he was there with 2 little girls. I guess he ordered his food, while the 2 girls ran around the dining room. So the employee handed him a bag and him and the 2 little girls headed towards the door by me. He said "here's your food". I only met him twice ,so he didn't recognize me but I said "Thank you ,and I called him by his name" He said "you are welcome ". I can't believe that another customer brought my food to me, who does that?I was shocked. I got 3 of those meals, none of them had biscuits or forks, for the mashed potatoes, no napkins either.
