Updating my original review from months ago. This place has changed . Prices are now very expensive and food quality not good. Boy ordered a cheese calzone . $14.99 and it was not fully cooked. Wife order crispy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. Other boy orders pasta bake and pasta was crispy and half burnt. Dressing was literally mustard with very little honey and not a salad dressing. She asked for a second one and the same . Took salad home to use dressing we had. I ordered small pizza and too much sauce and very doughy. If you like it that way to each their own. Also kids added side of fries and they are 4.00 each and not many . They try to spread them out in bigger plastic dish to give you illusion of more. Be careful ordering gift certificates as they charge you tax on those . Have brought this up to owner in past as well that this happens so it is double taxation. My visits get further and further apart and may not go back for a long time now. There is no sit down service as you order at counter. Fill up your own drinks and they expect full tip. Bill for 2 adults and 2 kids with small tip was $95 with one entree a small pizza. Unfortunately it was Monday night and not much open for dinner that is not a drive thru although they do have drive thru. Owner not around last night as he usually will brag about how good his food is (annoying when it is not) or I could have talked to him...
Read moreAs soon as you walk in the door, you are told by the man working up front that you have an ice cold drink. Not told that you're getting charged $2.69. I was pushed more than 3 times to try the monzerrella sticks after saying no thank you each time. I ordered a burger, and it came up on the computer for $1.50 more than the menu. I asked and was shown the sign that shows "prices are subject to change without notice". He proceeded to say the prices on the menu went up, and they haven't changed the sign yet, that's why he put up the "prices are subject to change" sign. I ordered fried pickles, and get charged $0.85 for ranch, since it doesn't come with anything. When I got the pickles, it came with a cup of blue cheese, no ranch. I ask the lady who brought them for ranch, and she brings another blue cheese, and says she will have to make some more ranch. She then proceeds to wipe down and clear tables. She brought the ranch once the pickles were gone.
Overall, if your prices change, change the menu. If I'm ordering something that you've raised the price on, at least...
Read moreWithout a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I drove 45 min to eat there too. The children that were working that night (I say children bc there wasn't anyone over 18 to be found) had no manners at all. Our food (pizza and Philly cheese) took 40 min and when I went to ask about halfway through, it was "up next". When it came, it was wrong ! And not only that, it was cold. It took so long and was still cold.... Which means it has BEEN ready but just sitting. So, I took it back to the counter and explained the situation and the girl took my plate without saying a word and walked off....ummmmm ok and the strikes just kept coming. It was extremely expensive for this kind of service, and let's be honest, it doesn't matter how cheap something is, you deserve to be treated with a modicum of respect. But when there's not an adult to run the show, and the kids in charge have zero respect or manners, this is what you get. Get takeout, go through the drive through to pick it up and enjoy your food. That's the takeaway from my...
