I truly loved my visit to McDonald’s, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Walking through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The cheerful colors and the familiar smell of fries filled the air, creating a cozy vibe. As I looked around, I noticed families enjoying their meals together, and friends catching up over burgers. It felt like a place where memories were made, making me excited to be there.
One thing that stood out during my visit was the wonderful staff. In particular, I was impressed by a lady who seemed to remember the names of many regular customers. It truly added a personal touch to the experience. Every time someone walked in during lunchtime, she would greet them by name with a big smile. It made every person feel special and welcomed, turning a simple meal into a delightful encounter. It’s those little details that keep people coming back.
I also appreciated how quickly my order was taken and prepared. In a busy McDonald’s, you often expect a rush, but everything was delivered promptly and accurately. Within moments, my hot fries and burger were in my hands, ready to enjoy. There’s something about receiving your food quickly that makes dining out even more enjoyable. It was clear that the team was well-trained and efficient, ensuring that every customer left satisfied and happy.
The friendliness of the staff made my visit even more enjoyable. They didn’t just take my order; they engaged in small talk and made sure I was happy with my meal. Their attentiveness added a touch of warmth to the fast food experience, making it feel more personalized. It’s always nice when the staff shows genuine care for their customers, and it certainly made my visit memorable. I left with a smile, feeling like more than just another customer.
In conclusion, my experience at McDonald’s exceeded my expectations thanks to the fantastic atmosphere and wonderful staff. The combination of friendly service, quick orders, and a welcoming environment created the perfect dining experience. It was evident that this location cares about its customers, and it made me appreciate the little things that can make a meal special. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another...
Read more100% trash. It's like a hit or miss with this location. Ordered a meal that I practically order EVERY OTHER DAY sometimes it's twice a day (McChicken and Fish Filet, small fries and a Frappe)
Not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes for my order which either they gave to another vehicle or forgot or whatever...there were about 4 cars waiting...the food was not fresh. Sooo....I said something to the woman who brought out the meal and to the employee outside smoking...now the woman did apologize for the extra long wait...but the food was terrible because it wasn't fresh and I no longer had time to wait on a new order so I left.
I just spoke with someone named Paula who says she is in charge when the manager is on vacation and she told me to wait til the manager get back from vacation to get my order replaced.😲
So what it sounds like is Paula needs to be replaced as she should not have a position of leadership if the store manager has to handle a replacement order after she returns from vacation. 🙄
I am convinced this restaurant will NEVER be top tier. I will resume giving my business to the McDonald's where the Management team is exceptional (shout out to Mike & Brenda) The McDonald's at the Love's Gas station on Hwy 219 is UNMATCHED compared to the one on Wilson Road.
The management team at the McDonald's on Hwy 219 know how to make money, solve problems and keep their customers loyal because they care about their customers experience. 👏🏾
To Paula: keep providing poor customer service...you will one day be replaced by a Kiosk and rightfully so. Leadership is there to support the staff and solve problems...not to cause the company to lose money. Because not only did you tell me it was ok to not spend any more money at the restaurant until the store manager returns but you can't know how many people will read this review and NOT CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION to do business with. 💯
I bet if you owned that McDonald's you would know how to resolve problems better 🤔 all good tho...no problem with me not adding revenue to your store...less revenue less bonuses less salary increases...less of you maybe one day. 👍🏾
I spent my money at Pizza Hut for my food and Burger King for...
Read moreIce Cream Machine always broken or states not working, foods always fixed wrong or missing items, too busy talking at times to take orders, rarely hear may I help you & very rarely hear Thank You just hands your food out & shuts the Window, 30-40% of the time say they don’t have what you want to order, & most need to learn customer service skills because not being spoken to at the window due to either being on the cell phone or talking to other employees to busy to speak to a customer is just very bad customer experience for me & when your told to pull over & wait & then when they bring your food 30mins later & either bring you the wrong order or missing items is just negligence on the staff or should I say certain staff members not able to pay attention long enough to do what’s needed to have a happy customer. I’ve tried getting a slushy drink & ice cream for near 2 months & over 4 months trying to get ice cream & either told the machine is broke, it’s already shut down for the evening, or it’s being cleaned just to not use the equipment because 1 week, 2 weeks, possibly in rare circumstances 3 weeks I could get, but when you have tried over 4 months to get an ice cream cone or milkshake & there’s always an issue or excuse given not to get it, there’s a problem. I’d just rather go somewhere else than sit in line 30-40 minutes to be told they don’t have what I’m trying to order or just too busy to take your order or have to wait 45 minutes or longer to get it & most times 1/2 of the foods cold because they fixed what was ready when you place the order & then by the time the rest is ready 30-45 mins later 1/2 the family eating cold food. I don’t understand & in my book that’s simply just not good customer service nor is it putting your customers first nor attempting to make the customer happy. I realize you can’t please everyone, but all I ask is how is what I’m asking of my order placed asking to much? Everyone have a Blessed Day & these are my experiences & what I go through with every time I attempt to purchase food & eat at this particular restaurant. Not all other McDonalds, so far just this one I’ve found to...
