Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Newberry

Ordering from the Newberry Pizza Hut was a breeze. The online system made it simple to choose exactly what I wanted. I loved scrolling through the menu, with all the delicious options right in front of me. There were plenty of pizzas, sides, and drinks to choose from. I could see all the specials and even add my favorite toppings. It felt so easy to click and get ready to enjoy a fantastic meal without any hassle.

Once I placed my order, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my pizza arrived. The delivery was right on time, which is always a huge plus. The delivery person was so polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. It's nice to have a little chat when they hand you your food. That warm interaction really adds to the joy of ordering pizza, and it made me feel appreciated as a customer.

When I finally opened the pizza box, I was greeted by a delicious sight. The aroma of fresh pizza filled the room, making my mouth water. This is not the place to stop and eat. For real I only gave a 1 star cuz that's the lowest available. All the booths were dirty waitress cleaned 1 table and set us down. Left took off and never come back. Yelled hello. Still no answer lutterlybhsd to get up and hunt her down she wasn't very friendly took our order with no paper or pen. Was forever to get food. When we did it wasn't even the order we placed. But we took it cuz we were traveling outta state and in a crunch time bthe dough was very thin and flemsy and wet wasn't cooked enough. No real flavor at all. When the pizza come out a different person brought it to her. We told her it wasn't even what we ordered she said she never took the order. No one ever come back to check in us except one time for her to tell us she wished she could make it right neither one acted lol ke they knew what they were doing. We told her food not good and neither was the service that this was the worst place and service and food we ever ate at and told them we would not be back. So if y'all smart you should choose a different place to eat. I'm not lying was a waste of monies and most of the food...

I couldn’t help myself....as I sit here IN THE RESTAURANT, with 13 other people, waiting for a straw, after the ice in my tea has melted, being increasingly annoyed because the server OBVIOUSLY doesn’t want to be here. It took “Brenautica” 17 minutes just to greet our table, just to ask “you getting drinks?”. My blood started boiling. Then, they WILL NOT pick up the phone that has not stopped ringing since I’ve been here. They keep walking past it or just stopping to chit chat and chill. The wait for our food has been over 30 minutes and if it weren’t for my husband wanting pizza, we would have been gone. We still haven’t seen the waitress since she dropped our drinks off when she took our order. This has been, by far, the worst Pizza Hut experience ever. 2 other tables have walked in, and have already gotten their food. I will NOT BE BACK. Food finally came and it’s WRONG!...
