My bride and I stopped in this weekend on one of our serendipity drives. We had stopped at the Retreat Farm Market for some cheese tastings and the conversation turned to wine pairings. One of the service people suggested some great choices. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about wine having lived most of her life in Oregon.
